The directory of services
For every town, FixEcho keeps a public list of who handles what. Open it from a case: Who handles what here.
For each service you see what it handles, how it is reached (e-mail, phone or its own form — the address itself is not shown), how many open reports it has, and how it answers (“answered 9 of 12, 4 days on average”), with a link to the official page where it was found.
When it is wrong
- Wrong? Tell us on a service: not responsible for this, wrong or old contact, or no longer exists.
- Wrong service? on a case, while the service has not answered: another service does this, it fixed this before, or it is their road or land.
- Know who handles this? names a service that is missing; FixEcho checks it against official sources first.
When three people (on different phones) say a service is wrong within 30 days, FixEcho looks again by itself. Votes on a single case can move it to another service when enough people agree and that service fits. You need an account at least a week old; nobody sees who voted.
