Signing in

There are no passwords. Enter your e-mail address and we send a 6-digit code, valid for 10 minutes. With a Gmail or Google Workspace address you can also use Continue with Google. You stay signed in for 30 days on that device.

Settings

In Menu and settings: the language (nine choices, also used for our e-mails), the theme (same as your device, light or dark), and whether we e-mail you about your cases.

Deleting your account

Account → Delete account. Your reports and checks stay on the map, with no link to you — the record of a problem belongs to everyone who joined it. More in the privacy notice.
